feesWith our personal property search, our advance fee covers a search for up to six months. The charge is 0.5% of the property search budget, for properties up to and including £5 million. For properties above £5 million, the fee is by negotiation. This fee will be reimbursed in full on the successful purchase of a searched property, as we will be paid by the seller, leaving you to have received our service free of charge. Our luxury item search is charged on a case by case basis. |
